OUR STORY

We are Derek and Mikki.  We’ve been happily married for twelve years and we live in the Midwest.  We enjoy talking with each other (all the time), working out together, reading scriptures and talking about the Most High together. Life together has been good.  We’ve been the best of friends since we met and have not left each other’s side.  We’ve gone through very good times and very tough times and we are still standing strong. We read scripture together almost every day and wanted to share some of those readings with everyone else who wants to hear God’s word.  It’s just something we very much enjoy because we know the Bible is a living book that has changed both of us and helps us yield to the Lord’s will.

WHY WE WANT TO HELP PEOPLE

We want to help people because we want provide a resource for people in this busy society.  Most of us are so caught up in this life that sometimes it’s hard to pick up a book and read, let alone a Bible.  We wanted to make these scripture readings easily accessible in this busy high-pressure society.

OUR GOAL FOR THIS SITE

We want to share what has been shared with us. We also want people to have an outlet to listen to scripture and intelligent conversation while driving or cleaning up around the house.
